There will be an agreement between HENRY CALEON DESIGNS and the client on the delivery schedule and cost prior the project start date. Both must follow the said schedule to ensure that the deadline is effectively met (HENRY CALEON DESIGNS to submit a schedule once a conforme has been signed). An allowance of at least ten (10) working days or (whatever was agreed in the contract). All pertinent materials must be given by the Client at one time to avoid delay and for HENRY CALEON DESIGNS to start. Changes can be made on the delivery date provided that both parties will agree on the revised dates in writing.

The Client is a llowed up to 3 sets of unlimited MINOR revisions after the initial presentation unless otherwise stated). In cases of MAJOR REVISION where the Client decides to change the product, copy, pictures and direction midstream, there will be a additional charge to the total billing. Please note: only 1 option will be given for major revisions. To avoid miscommunication through phone or email, the Client must is required to email their revisions (using the revision form provided by HENRY CALEON DESIGNS) and allow 2-3 days lead time for HENRY CALEON DESIGNS to do the revisions depending on the complexity of the revision.

Additional request from the Client such as print outs, mock ups, illustrations photography photo retouching, photo manipulation, supervision of production, art direction, ocular, acquiring of photos, searching of talents/stock photos, burning files, retrieving old files, (that are 1 year older ) will be billed to the Client.

is the client’s responsibility to ensure that there are no spelling or grammatical errors contained in the final product. HENRY CALEON DESIGNS will check the spelling but will not held liable for any errors in the final product after it has been approved by the Client and printed.

HENRY CALEON DESIGNS shall not incur any liability or penalty for delays in the completion of the project due to actions or negligence of client, unusual transportation delays, unforeseen illness, or external forces beyond the control of henrycaleondesigns. If such event(s) occur, it shall entitle henrycaleondesigns to extend the completion/delivery date, by the time equivalent to the period of such delay.

All materials used in the production of the assignment mentioned above-including original artwork and computer generated artwork, layered files and formats remains the property of HENRY CALEON DESIGNS. However, high resolution Jpeg, tiff and pdf files will be supplied to the client.

HENRY CALEON DESIGNS is not liable for any Intellectual Property Rights violation provided by the client. Any and all suits arising from such violation shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the client who shall hold HENRY CALEON DESIGNS free and harmless of any liabilities arising from the use of materials provided by the client. Provided, however, that HENRY CALEON DESIGNS, with full knowledge of intellectual property rights, shall not use any photo, copy, etc, which infringes against such rights. HENRY CALEON DESIGNS shall be responsible in protecting the Client and advising such infringement.

In the event that the project is a flyer, brochure or corporate folder, packaging that was produced for the Client, the client is to provide 1 copy of the finished materials for HENRY CALEON DESIGNS Graphics’ portfolio. HENRY CALEON DESIGNS will not include a Client’s project in their portfolio prior to its release in the market.
